New Taipei City is a fast growing urban area with ambitious plans for sustainable city development. The city's government has identified key areas where there is a particular need for new and innovative technological solutions to adress growing urban challenges:
- Waste Water Management
- Waste Management
- Green Energy Solutions
Technology providers and interested parties are cordially invited to join this event and learn how Austrian high-tech solutions can address Taiwan's challenges in these technology sectors.
Participation is free of charge and especially useful for government and private sector representatives interested in best practice solutions and technologies. End users and business/distribution partners for the Austrian tech providers wanted!
The Federal Ministry for Climate Protection, Environment, Energy, Mobility, Innovation and Technology (BMK), the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber (WKO), and the Austrian Research Promotion Agency (FFG) look forward to your interest and participation!
A Memorandum of Understanding on Smart City Cooperation between the Austrian Technology Corporation (ATC) and the New Taipei City Government (NTCG) was signed on August 1st, 2018. It serves as a basis for this event and encourages further bilateral cooperation between Austria and New Taipei City.

WHO CAN I MEET:
Meet Austrian tech providers ready to apply their solutions in Taiwanese markets. They are looking for cooperation and distribution partners and are interested in a dialogue with potential users.
HOW:
You can browse through the profiles of all Austrian participants and book/schedule a 1:1 video call with selected Austrian participants on this event platform. Alternatively, you can contact ADVANTAGE AUSTRIA/The Austrian Trade Commission for assistance to schedule the video calls. The 30-minute calls will take place at a scheduled time via video.
